Welcome to Concho Valley Counseling! I am Tara Joiner, an anxiety disorder and OCD treatment specialist in San Angelo, Texas. I have a personal passion for learning about and treating people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention to help adolescents and adults who struggle with intrusive thoughts, ritualistic behaviors, avoidance, reassurance seeking, rumination, and mental and behavioral compulsions. I know what its like to feel imprisoned by your own brain and I want to help you break free and get back to living!
